Such minor variations do not necessarily mean that the product is defective.

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate solution.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to any obvious pricing or technical errors.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, phone number, delivery address, and city.

We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:

Customer information is incomplete or incorrect.
We are unable to contact the customer for confirmation.
The product is unavailable.
The order appears fraudulent or suspicious.
There is an obvious pricing or website error.
Delivery to the provided address is not possible.

6. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders within Pakistan.

For COD orders, the customer must pay the full order amount to the courier upon delivery.

Customers are expected to accept confirmed COD orders. Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of parcels may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are delivered through third-party courier services operating in Pakistan.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an active contact number.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, a complete and continuous parcel opening and unboxing video is mandatory.

Customers must submit their claim within 5 days of receiving the order.

Without the required unboxing video, we may be unable to approve a return or refund claim.

9. Jewellery Care

Artificial jewellery should be handled and stored carefully.

We recommend keeping jewellery away from:

Water
Perfume
Lotions and creams
Excessive sweat or moisture
Chemicals
Cleaning products

Damage, fading, or tarnishing caused by improper care or use may not qualify for a return or refund.
